Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use

Term of Purchase

BirthCertificateToday.com customers will be automatically created a membership to InstantFormsDownload.com shortly after the sign up process.  The customer will be charged a one time $19.99 fee for access to the Step By Step Birth Certificate guide. In addition the customer will be charged an additional $9.99 membership setup fee for a full year subscription on InstantFormsDownload.com. Customers must call instant forms download with in 7 days of membership activation to cancel the 1 Year subscription. 

Content
